Kerry's World through my Eyes : ONE OK ROCK XD

LOL so this post is just me being obsessive and telling you something random like i warned

now I'm gonna introduce your little inexperienced minds to the world of ONE OK ROCK

here's a glimps of them

they are a 5 member band called ONE OK ROCK and they are from JAPAN

they fuse the genres of music of emo, rock, heavy meatal into onw and this, my friends is why

........

they are awesome i must say and if you haven't heard of them, you better soon

FUNNY FACT

the band's name is One Ok Rock and guess how they became that?...........

it comes from "one o'clock" and this was their bands practice time at the weekends.

however the Japanese language showed no distinction between r's and l's

so being clever people, they changed "o'clock" to "o'crock" (or "o'krock), which they later separated to become "ok rock"

so hence forth ONE OK ROCK

i love this band for they are fun, awesome and they are just ... cool

they also have such a connection with themselves, the music and the audience

you have to belive me intill the end

now first TAKA the main singer

my friend loves him the most

he was born as Takahiro Morita but goes by his stage name of "TAKA" and first debuted with a band called NEWS and sang with them for a year. he later moved on from them to "CHIVALRY OF MUSIC" (2004)

but then ended up with ONE OK ROCK (where he belongs)

he also had sang with SIMPLE PLAN from america, he sang as a ft. for their Japanese version of summer paradise with him singing in Japanese and also helped "PAY MONEY TO MY PAIN" with the singing for the main singer died. They did their tribute album "GENE"

now he is the leader of the group even though he isn't the oldest

he is the main guitarist but also contributes with some vocals when needed

he formed the band in 2005 but before that, from being a high school student he had always wanted to form a band. he started with a hip hop dance group called "HEADS" and was joined by RYOTA for he was a member also.

but now they are still friends in one ok rock

he is the drummer of one ok rock and i must say, he has talent

he was not the original drummer for he decided he would leave for an acting job, (TOMO)

tomoya was the drummer for their music but was later officially named as their newest member

and finally Ryota, the BASS of the group

now he was the second person to know about the formation of the band and was also Toru's high school friend also another member of heads together with Toru.

Toru being a good friend apparently "told" him to learn the bass so they could follow their dream of their band
